令和3年3月7日（日曜日）、魚沼の里にあるブランドゥブラン2階のキッチンスペース（ブランラボ）を会場に、オニギリ審査会（ローカル審査）を開催しました。
以下のみなさんを審査員としてお招きし、出場5チームによるオニギリのプレゼンテーション、審査員のみなさんによる試食・審査・各賞の決定を行いました。
（英訳）On March 7, 2021 (Sunday), The ONIGIRI Judges Committee (local judges) conducted evaluations of each team’s ONIGIRI in the culinary studio inside Blanc de Blancs on the Uonuma no Sato campus.
The following individuals were invited to serve as judges for this event. They have cast their votes and awarded prizes after receiving presentations on each ONIGIRI from the 5 participating teams, tasting the different ONIGIRI, and then evaluating as a group.
